Return & Refund Policy
Returns
There is no return facility available for a customized or readymade products. We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via wearavokado@gmail.com for more information.
If you still wish to return the item, please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.
NOTE: We are not responsible after the goods are handover to carrier
RTO & Redelivery Policy
If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons including but not limited to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to delivery attempts or any other/whatsoever reason, the following policy will apply:

RTO Confirmation
Once an order is marked as RTO and reaches our facility, the customer will be notified. -
Redelivery Charges

Redelivery of an RTO order will be processed only after confirmation from the customer.

The customer is required to bear the full delivery charges for redelivery, irrespective of any previous free or discounted shipping.

Payment for Redelivery

Redelivery shipping charges must be paid in advance.

Orders will not be re-shipped until the payment is successfully received.

Failure to Pay Redelivery Charges

If the customer does not pay the redelivery charges within the communicated timeframe, the order may be cancelled.

In such cases, any applicable product or handling fees may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this RTO & Redelivery Policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund will be processed in 7-15 working days.
For Delivered orders there will be partial refund (only applicable to non-customized products) only after deducting shipping & handling charges.
There are cheap & duplicate products available in market, we don’t accept return or refund request on basis of their comparison to our products.
Please Note We are only able to send refunds after 60 days of order shipping date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If refund hasn’t been received yet, first recheck the bank account. Then contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
